Not “new”

Item description stated “New” inserts. The one glove had holes worn through the finger and thumb and was obviously used. The company immediately offered me a return label and gave me a refund, but that still cost me my time in a trip to the post office, packaging, and no glove inserts I wanted for the big snow storms that are now over. If something is labeled as new, I expect brand new, not like new, good as new, etc.
