Bradley's Military Store Hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM EST (limited staff from 8am-9am), Saturday 9AM-5PM EST, Sunday 10AM-5PM EST.

DOES BRADLEY'S MILITARY SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes, Bradley's Military ships to APO/FPO addresses.

DOES BRADLEY'S MILITARY SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes. Bradley's Military ships overseas using standard overseas shipping rates.  We generally ship with USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International.  Please note that special arrangements may need to be made for International orders.  In some cases direct wire transfer may be required.  Some items may be restricted.  Please contact us if you have any questions as we are always happy to assist our international customers.

DO YOU ACCEPT COD ORDERS?
No, Bradley's does not accept Cash/Check on Delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS?
We are happy to accept American Express online and In-Store.  We also accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover online and in our store.

IF I PURCHASE A UNIFORM SHIRT, CAN I HAVE EMBROIDERED NAMETAPES, DIVISION PATCHES, AND AWARDS SEWN ONTO THE ITEM?
Absolutely, Bradley's has a sewing service center in our store. We offer patch sewing, alterations, embroidered name tapes and cat eye bands, Class A nameplates, flat ribbon racks, and much more! I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE MILITARY UNIFORM OR EQUIPMENT, AND I AM HAVING TROUBLE FINDING THE INFORMATION I NEED, CAN YOU HELP ME?
Of course! Bradley's has a diverse staff that consists of retired senior NCOs and officers from the U.S. Army, Navy and Air Force. These knowledgeable people work with the soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division on a daily basis. They are educated on military regulations and AR 670-1. I NEED ONE OF YOUR ITEMS QUICKLY, HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE THE ITEM?
Bradley's offers UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, and UPS 3-Day Select shipping. We can also ship to P.O. Addresses and internationally using any the United States Postal Service (USPS).

DOES BRADLEY'S HAVE ANY "HIDDEN FEES"?
No, Bradley's does not increase the cost of a sale using "hidden fees".

I AM CONCERNED ABOUT COMPANIES THAT SELL THEIR CUSTOMER INFORMATION, IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE WITH BRADLEY'S
In our 30 years of business, Bradley's has never sold any customer information to anyone nor will we engage in such practices in the future. The ownership of Bradley's feels very strongly about customer rights and looks to protect our customers at all times.

DO YOU PURCHASE USED ITEMS?

Yes!  Bradley's does purchase your new and used military gear including uniforms and TA-50.  Please visit us in store or call for more details on what we are currently accepting.  

WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS CAN I BRING IN TO SELL?

New and used clothing and TA-50 will be considered for purchase.  Used clothing must meet our standard of being "clearable" with CIF.  This means we will not purchase items with writing, rips or stains. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Bradley's has a 30 day return policy, meaning you may return your items in that time period, as long as they are in the same condition that they were received (if you received a new item that item MUST be returned to us unworn).  Due to COVID policies and restrictions, we will not accept new items returned as used (this includes custom items).  If we do receive an unauthorized return, we will ship that item back as "Return to Sender".   If you have a domestic return we will email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. We will issue the refund or ship the replacement item as soon as the returned package is received using the same shipping method originally used during the purchase.

We do not however, issue refunds for return shipping that we have not provided.  We also do not accept returns on custom items under any circumstance.

We ship orders exactly as they are received.  If you have questions regarding your rank, branch of service, regulations, the color nametape you need, etc., we encourage you to contact your chain of command to ensure accuracy of your order.
