Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Delivery Times We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

  • Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time).

  • Handling Time: 1 Business Day (Mon-Fri). Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST typically ship out within 24 hours (Custom orders may take up to 3 business days depending in order volume). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

  • Transit Time (Standard Shipping): 3-5 Business Days (Mon-Fri).

Shipping Rates (Domestic) We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $85.00.

For orders under $85.00, the following rates apply:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on USPS Ground/UPS Ground rates

  • Expedited Shipping (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day): Rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Note for Overnight Shipping: Please call us at 1-800-503-4954 if you choose overnight shipping so we can prioritize your order.

Local Pickup We offer curbside and 24/7 locker pickup.

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding custom items).

  • We will notify you via email/phone when your order is ready with instructions for pickup.

Military & P.O. Box Addresses We ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS.

  • APO/FPO Delays: Shipments to military installations may take several weeks. Tracking is provided until the package reaches the military installation; thereafter, tracking may no longer be available.

International Shipping We ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Rates are calculated based on destination and weight. Please contact us for special arrangements or restricted items.

Lost or Delayed Packages All orders include tracking. If an order is delayed or lost, please contact us for assistance in filing a claim with the carrier.

Address Accuracy Please verify your address carefully. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-delivery shipping costs.
