Good except an item was totally missing from what I ordered, no response back on this

I have a shadow box and needed to replace some items from a gift exchange with an international friend. My shadow box uses two Army marksmanship expert weapons badges for the sake of symmetry (rifle and pistol). I ordered two of the badges and only received one. I used Bradley's online email form and haven't heard back from them after several days. Maybe this review will get their attention and warrant a response and resolution...
