These do not include the liner (I didn't realize they needed the liner). The liners make them fit properly. My size liners are out of stock. I may just order another set of boots but smaller and wait for liners on the pair I have, nice boots.

Right out the gate i knew i was a return costumer. When the inserts i ordered werent available new, I was called same day to confirm if i would accept the used (Gladly). The call was much more personal then an email. I felt like my order was cared about personally. It was a welcome change from the usual interactions of online shopping. received my boots right on time. Shipping was super fast. Took 2 days! They feel amazing and with the inserts, are extremely warm here in eastern Virginia. I wear a size 10 sneaker so I figured instead of going a size down, as i would with hot weather boots, i went true to size and the inserts fill the rest of the boot out perfectly. Wide sizes are so roomy amd comfortable. Boots are warm and well made. I'd buy again but I bet these last forever!
