Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST typically ship out in 24 hours and arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays are processed Monday or the first working day after a weekday holiday.

Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm EST should be received the next business day. Please call us at 1-800-503-4954 if you choose overnight shipping so we can move you to the top of our shipping queue. International Shipping: Bradley's Surplus ships overseas using standard overseas shipping rates. We generally ship with USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Express Mail International. Please note that special arrangements may need to be made for International orders. In some cases, direct wire transfer may be required. Some items may be restricted. Please contact us if you have any questions as we are always happy to assist our international customers.

Bradley's has a 30-day return policy, meaning you may return your items in that time period, as long as they are in the same condition that they were received (if you received a new item that item must be returned to us unworn). If you have a domestic return we will email you a pre-paid return label to send the item back to us. We do not however issue refunds for return shipping that we have not provided. We also do not accept returns on custom items.
