1) NO SALES TAX OUT SIDE OF NY.
2) BECAUSE WE SELL FROM BOTH OUR RETAIL AND INTERNET STORE, our
inventory is not in REAL TIME. Due to high turnover of some styles and
sizes, we may sell out of your size in a shoe during the day. Instead,
our inventory is updated throughout the day. We will email you as
quickly as possible if an item is out of stock or needs to be
backordered. If you have any questions or would like to check stock
availability before you order you can always call us at 1-800-503-4954.
Our store hours are Mon - Fri 9-7, Sat 9-5 and Sun 10-5. All times are
East Coast.
3) PER OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARENTEE, should you purchase an item
and find it not to your liking, for whatever reason, you can return
the item to us, (within 30 days of shipment) by the most convienient
means available. We will work with you to find you a suitable
replacement, or in the event one cannot be found offer a complete
refund.
4) ALL SHIPMENT ARE UPS GROUND TO THE LOWER 48 STATES, unless
otherwise specified in the order. Alaska, Hawaii and International
orders ship via USPS Express. We can also ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Due to current limitations we can only ship during the week, any order
placed during a weekend will be processed for the following Monday.
Orders are processed during the hours of 9-7 Monday-Friday EST. If
placed after 5pm EST the order goes on the following day's business.
5) AT THIS TIME our site is not configured to apply shipping for
international orders. If you place an order to be shipped to another
country we will contact you via email and Pay Pal, with a request for
funds to cover the difference of the shipping. We appologize for the
inconvienience but this is the only way we are able to apply
international costs for shipping. For more information of
