US Military Elbow Pads have flexibility on both the top and bottom sections. The pads are contoured for wrap-around protection that fits perfectly to the elbows. Most elbow pads are "one size fits all" Which does not offer a quality fit for all sizes. The caps are made of high density polyethylene that gives needed impact resistance protection. The fabric is a 1000 Denier Nylon that is coated with 1 oz polyethylene to give the necessary water resistance & durability.
